The Chapter’s third annual Fall Forum is currently being planned for November 15~ Please save the date and consider joining us!
We have exciting initial plans for the day’s events which include learning new things from one another and doing something fun to de-stress like crafting an item that you will also get to take home with you! Last year was so much fun but we plan on making this year even funner (wait and see but you gotta show up first!)
Here are some details so far:
Where: Health Sciences Library at the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM), 651 Ilalo St. MEB 101, Honolulu, HI 96813
When: Friday, November 15, from 8:30 am to approximately 2:30 pm.
Parking: Paid parking by the hour ($1.00/hr) will be available for visitors in Lot C. Access details here: https://ome.jabsom.hawaii.edu/about-ome/direction-parking.html
Refreshments: Coffee and tea to be provided but please plan on also bringing your own drinking flasks in an effort to keep paper and plastic goods out of our landfill. As for snacks, we encourage attendees to bring something to share because “sharing is caring”! We all like to eat so we are pretty confident there will be a good spread as usual.
Lunch: Lunch is being scheduled for around noon. Pur Sina (onsite) https://pursinahawaii.com/ ; Salt Kakaako (offsite, within walking distance) https://saltatkakaako.com/directory/
Once we finalize the agenda we will post it.
Til then… Happy pumpkin spice season y’all!
